Commitment of Officers and Directors:  InfraGard is a volunteer organization designed to assist the FBI in community outreach regarding security within the 16 sectors of critical infrastructure.  As directors, you will not only support FBI efforts, but you will be responsible for running our chapter for the benefit of all of its members.  Dependability, communication, and hands-on involvement are required for participation in this board.  We count on you to do your part to fulfill the important mission of InfraGard Tampa Bay Members Alliance, Inc.  We thank you for your willingness to serve! – Your Board of Directors

Director Term:  Pursuant to existing Bylaws, Directors currently serve terms of 2 years.

Nominees for Secretary

Duties of Secretary:
• Maintain all Chapter corporate records.
• Take and maintain minutes of all Board meetings.
• Properly notice all Board meetings pursuant to the bylaws.
• Attend all meetings of the Board.
• Attend all Chapter membership meetings.
• Prepare and deliver follow-up messages and certificates and gifts to speakers.
• Assist Treasurer in preparing and maintaining tax filings.
• Perform all other duties assigned from time to time by the President of the Board.

Ray Secrest is the Sr. Manager of Information Security and Local Agency Security Officer (LASO) at Tampa International Airport (TPA).  He is a proven security professional, and leader of security teams and programs specializing in risk-reduction, compliance, vulnerability assessments, security awareness and training across the enterprise. Ray has a passion for using his knowledge to educate staff authority-wide on current security liabilities that aid in the protection of TPA from the ever-changing cyber threat landscape.

Prior to joining TPA, Ray worked for various fortune 100 companies where he specialized in Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Security Operations, and Leadership Development.  These experiences contributed to industry-related proficiencies while keeping him focused on tangible opportunities to improve the security posture for the business. Ray has 20+ years of experience in Information Security and holds multiple certifications:  CISSP, CEH, and GCIH. He is a volunteer for BSides of Tampa Security Conference, along with the USF Cybersecurity for Executives program, and enjoys presenting at security conferences.

Felice Flake, CEO of ScySec LLC, and also serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for DataCorps Technology Solutions, Inc. Felice is the Immediate Past President of the Tampa Bay ISSA (Information Systems Security Association) Chapter and instrumental in the chapter’s growth and outreach. She also serves as the Chairperson of the ISSA International Chapters Sub-Committee. Most recently, Felice was named a “Top Revolutionary Women of Security 2019,” by Industry Wired magazine. Felice is an invited speaker for the 2019 ISSA International Leadership Summit later this month.

Past professional positions include Distributed Learning State Program Manager with the Florida Army National Guard, IT/Information Security Instructor, and Training Manager for Kerzner International. She served as the Acting Chairperson and National Secretary for the National Guard Bureau’s DLAC in 2013 and 2014. Felice is a contributing author to the 2016 book, Women in Security. She is a member of the National CyberWatch Center's Curriculum Standards Panel (NCC-CSP) for the Cybersecurity Foundation Series. Felice is also an invited member of the University of South Florida Cybersecurity Education Advisory Board and the University of South Florida Cybersecurity for Executives Advisory Committee. Felice is a member of the Tampa Bay InfraGard (FBI) Chapter, the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals), AFCEA, and Women in Defense.

Nominees for Treasurer

Duties of Treasurer:
• Maintain Chapter financial records.
• Maintain the Chapter bank account.
• Account for monies received from sponsors and from members.
• Prepare annual Chapter budget.
• Report quarterly on Chapter financial status.
• Provide not less than annual financial reports to members.
• Prepare and maintain tax filings, including those required by the IRS and the State of Florida, as well as those necessary to maintain 501(c)(3) status.
• Assist President in reporting Chapter financial condition to (INMA).
• Assist in recruiting in Chapter sponsors.
• Attend all meetings of the Board of Directors.
• Attend all membership meetings.
• Perform all other duties assigned from time to time by the President of the Board.

Jack Voth is the Head of Cyber Security at Collier Mosquito Control District (CMCD). He has over 30 years’ experience in the field of information technology and security and has a diverse background as an executive, a manager, and a hands-on "white hat" hacker.  During his career, he has helped large and small organizations protect their information effectively and efficiently while also enhancing the operational integrity of their systems.

As a former certified instructor specializing in cybersecurity, Jack has traveled the globe educating individuals and industries on security mandates, requirements and risks.  Jack is also the co-author of Chained Exploits: Advanced Hacking Attacks from Start to Finish, available on Amazon. Jack holds many industry certifications including but not limited to CISSP, CISM, and MSCE.

Prior to joining CMCD Jack was CISO at Algenol Biotech, LLC a multi-national biotech firm. Jack had a distinguished career in the United States Army.

Jack has a bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Cybersecurity and Forensics from Hodges University and sits on a panel of Intelligence Community (IC) subject matter experts sponsored by The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and The Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Tom Hofer is President/CEO of Medved Consultants, a Tampa Bay based security consulting firm and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Cloudalize, NV, a Belgian-based cloud computer services company.  Tom is a retired U.S. Army intelligence warrant officer with nearly 30 years of active federal service.

Following his military retirement, Tom joined CIA for an additional 10 years, serving as an Operations Officer overseas and domestically.  His final position was as senior CIA representative to Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF) Tampa.  In June 2014, Tom formed Medved Consultants LLC to offer his many years of experience in intelligence operations in an advisory capacity, expanding the scope of his expertise to Information Security implementation, training and awareness.

As a U.S. Army veteran, Tom is an active member of VFW Post 4256 in Madeira Beach, the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) and Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) based in Tampa. 

 Tom has experience in managing finances for a non-for-profit organization having served previously as Quartermaster (Treasurer) in VFW Post 4639 in Williamsburg, VA from 2001-2003.  Most recently Tom attended the National InfraGard Conference in Chicago, IL in 2019 as a delegate from the Tampa Bay Chapter.   Tom is committed to the InfraGard mission and is ready to serve the membership.

Donna Mattick, Director of Information Security for Autoweb, has extensive experience in the government, commercial, and private sectors. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2006.  She earned and retained several certifications including the CISSP-ISSMP, CISM, CFE,  PMP, and CEH , along with several other vendor level certifications.

For 30+ years, Ms. Mattick has led organizations to technology-driven innovation and improved business, manufacturing, and engineering for companies in a wide range of fields. Earlier in her career, she led the development of all aspects of Information Technology (IT) design/development/operations including IT governance, architecture, security, infrastructure optimization, and support in a high-performing computing environment of over 900 IT professionals.  In a former role, Ms. Mattick lead the group responsible for the Enterprise Cyber Network Defense for the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).  Prior to this position, she provided technical and project management leadership as part of an elite global cyber incident response team for Jacobs.  Ms. Mattick  servers as the Tampa Bay ISSA Treasurer for the past decade and is a member of the Tampa Bay Chapters of ISACA, ISSA, NCMS and FBI’s Citizens Academy.

 

Nominees for Communications Director

Duties of Communications Director:
• Host and maintain the website for InfraGard Tampa Bay Members Alliance, Inc. (Chapter), and related SSL certificates and other plug-ins and security measures in compliance with InfraGard National Members Alliance, Inc. (INMA), and local board requirements.
• Coordinate with Treasurer and FBI to maintain records of meeting attendees and PayPal receipts.
• Send special communications to members as requested by the President or FBI.
• Disseminate 2 communications to membership for each general membership meeting.
• Coordinate with Secretary to distribute monthly Board communications, including Board meeting agendas and Board minutes.
• Send communications concerning elections of Directors for local Board of Directors.
• Host and provide technical support for Zoom meetings for remote meeting attendance at each general membership meeting.
• Assist in crafting messages to community partner organizations, to sponsors, other board members and other stakeholders.
• Attend all meetings of the Board of Directors.
• Attend all membership meetings.
• Assist in communicating with speakers and sponsors.
• Perform all other duties assigned from time to time by the President of the Board.

Chris Wojtasik - "I have been an Infragard chapter member since 2006. I transferred to the Tampa Chapter from the Cleveland Chapter last year. I am currently the IT Director for an ITAR certified, GCC-High, military sub-contractor in St. Petersburg and have over 30 years experience in IT and management. My previous public service experience includes holding presidential roles in the Cleveland State University Masters of Business Administration alumni association and the Willoughby South Athletic Facilities Foundation. I believe that crisp, clear, timely, and relevant communication is a key component to the success and growth of this organization and I look forward to helping provide it."

Bryan Cruz is a Senior Analyst for FireEye, supporting government customers globally. Served in the U.S. Army as a cyber network defense analyst, supporting missions for USCYBERCOM. He has gained an intimate knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) groups during his time with USCYBERCOM. And now shares that knowledge and experience with customers globally while working with FireEye. Bryan has a Bachelor's in Criminology from Florida State University and a Master's in Homeland Security Information Security and Forensics from Penn State University. He has many industry certifications and is completing a Graduate Certificate in Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking from SANS Technology Institute. Bryan is very passionate about cybersecurity and appreciates the need for collaboration and information sharing.

Stacey Banks is a Vice President of Information Security Management a Time JPMorgan Chase (JPMC). With over 20 years experience in technology and information security, she has specialized in delivering solutions for government regulatory compliance, IT audit, security testing and security training to the public and private sectors. Stacey holds a Bachelors’ in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic, a Masters’ of Network Security from Capitol Technology University and an MBA from Northcentral University. She has multiple certifications including, but not limited to: CISSP, CRISC, CCO, and CSM. Stacey is a seasoned conference presenter and enjoys sharing industry knowledge to facilitate community growth and outreach.

Mr. Angel R. Rojas, Jr. is the Founder and CEO of DataCorps Technology Solutions in Brandon, FL. DataCorps is an IT Managed Services Provider that practices security by adhering to the NIST framework and regulatory protocols required by its clients. Mr. Rojas is passionate about delivering the best IT experience to small and medium businesses in the Tampa Bay area and protecting their data. Previously, Mr. Rojas has served as event co-chair for the Tampa Bay InfraGard Member’s Alliance and steps into volunteer as needed. Affiliations include FBI Infragard, US Secret Service Tampa Bay Electronic Crimes Task Force, USF Cybersecurity for Executives Program Advisory Board, and is a cybersecurity lecturer for the Florida Bar, Florida Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association, and the Florida Irrigation Society.

Gaetano Fida served as IT Manager for a large medical systems developer in Stillwater, Minnesota for several years. His responsibilities included presenting a program of training seminars to neurologists and their staff throughout the US & Canada, in the use of FDA-approved computerized equipment for clinical drug trials. Since 1994, he has been an independent IT consultant. In 2000, he was an IT consultant for the mega-merger between Wells Fargo and Norwest Banks. As an IT consultant, he has also conducted numerous in-house educational seminars for small and mid-sized companies.

For the past several years, Mr. Fida, owner of "Net Surgeons" has created and maintained networks and provided the computer needs of businesses in the state of Florida. He specializes in medical IT; providing electronic medical records programs, paperless environments and acting as a liaison between the medical software companies and prominent medical practices. He is treasurer of The Spring Hill Amateur Radio Club, President of The Hernando County Amateur Radio Association, a past member of Minneapolis Chapter of Infragard, Current member of Tampa Chapter of Infragard and holder of numerous certifications, not limited to Novell, Microsoft and Brainbench. His hobbies range from enjoying the privileges of the Amateur Radio Advanced Class License to piloting an occasional aircraft to enjoying the satisfaction of lending a helping hand to those of need; including participating as a volunteer in the county emergency management group as a communications specialist.
