Portal access for legacy members

Portal access for legacy members

If you were an InfraGard member before the new Portal launched, your membership has not changed. You are still a member of InfraGard Tampa Bay. You still receive broadcast messages. You just cannot log in to the new Portal if you never completed the ID.me sync.

In August 2025, legacy members (those approved before the Portal transition) were sent email links to sync InfraGard with ID.me. That step was required for new Portal access. About 27,000 legacy members never used those links or never logged into the new Portal. Unused links were deactivated a few weeks ago. For now, there is no way to issue replacement links. The only way to get new Portal login credentials is to reapply.

The original onboarding email and associated link provided for system access sent in August 2025 have expired. As a result of not utilizing this access link, you cannot login to the portal. To regain system access, you need to reapply so that we can create new login credentials. If you do not require system access, please know that you will continue to receive communications from FBI, INMA, and your IMA leadership; however, you will not have the ability to network with other InfraGard members through the portal, have access to InfraGard products or content posted on the portal, or join and participate in other national sector programs. If you wish to rejoin for system access, please visit our website at www.infragard.org and click on the join today button.

When a reapplication is approved, the original account is removed and replaced with the new login.
