President

Dr. Wesley Moy

Dr. Wesley Moy is an adjunct lecturer at Johns Hopkins University. He retired from the Department of Homeland Security in 2019 where he held a variety of senior positions. Prior to that, he was Associate Deputy Director and a founding officer at the National Counterterrorism Center. He has researched and written on homeland security intelligence, disinformation, and artificial intelligence.

Dr. Moy graduated from Binghamton University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. And holds master’s from Rutgers Business School; the National Intelligence University; and the U.S. Army War College. He holds a Ph.D. from National University and is a senior fellow at the Partnership for Public Service in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Moy retired from the U.S. Army as a colonel and has commanded at the company, battalion, and brigade levels including command of all Army Reserve strategic intelligence units worldwide.

Vice President

Marco Di Pasquale

Marco Di Pasquale is an internationally experienced information technology, risk and information security/
cybersecurity professional with 33 years of experience. Twenty-seven plus of those years have been directly
involved in the Information Security/ Cybersecurity sector. He is currently running his consulting practice with
Chasm-X, Inc. and as a Partner of Messa Nera, LLC, a defense company building Cyber Programs. He has been
guiding clients to the appropriate strategies, solutions, go-to-market direction and most efficient processes to run a
proper Digital Security Program. Marco’s experience has been focused primarily in protecting critical infrastructures, both domestically and globally.
His time over the last dozen plus years has encompassed the operational elements as well as managing teams that
design, engineer and deliver solutions. Many of his years were served in the Financial Services community;
continually expanding his domain expertise in both technology and the Fi Serv industry. He has participated in
delivering content, enabling and participating with the FS-ISAC Organization. He has also been serving on the
Tampa Infragard Board since 2024. Marco’s vast understanding of industry domains has yielded his teams to match
business needs with a People, Process, Technology Approach that his clients have needed.

Treasurer

Wayne Selk

Wayne is VP, Cybersecurity Programs and the Executive Director for the CompTIA ISAO. He is co-author-contributor and past facilitator for the ConnectWise MSP+ Framework, Playbooks and Certify Fundamentals and Advanced Courses. Wayne uses his more than 25 years of experience and leadership in planning, managing and delivering information security deployments to help CompTIA members secure their and their customer’s sensitive/business critical data. He joined CompTIA in March 2022 and ConnectWise in 2018 when the company acquired Sienna Group, a security solutions provider. During his five years at Sienna Group, he served as a principal consultant who focused on data classification, FISMA compliance and managed security services. Prior to that, he was a senior director of federal services for Symantec where he oversaw delivery and project management functions for the Department of Defense and other federal organizations, a network engineer for BAE Systems who identified and documents information security best practices, and a senior network management architect for Belenos Inc. where he developed a network management practice for the company’s southeast region. Wayne held the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and recently acquired the Certified Data Protection Solutions Engineer (CDPSE). He currently resides in the Tampa Bay Area.

Secretary

Melinda Walden

Mindy is a highly rated technology leader specializing in cybersecurity, with extensive
experience in healthcare, including HIPAA and FDA compliance. With 10 years at UnitedHealth
Group, she has driven enterprise-wide security enhancements and has been accepted into the
Technical Leadership Career Path program, further developing her leadership skills. Within her UHG role, she is a key member of the Architecture Review Board and the Crypto
Board, contributing to critical security initiatives. Mindy is recognized for creating frameworks
that assess technologies to identify security risks and promote continuous improvement in
security policies and processes. Outside of UHG, Mindy serves as the secretary of the Tampa
Bay InfraGard Alliance, driven by her passion for learning and commitment to cybersecurity.
She has presented at a Tampa Bay ISACA conference, sharing her expertise on medical device
cybersecurity. With 7 years in cybersecurity, her background encompasses software development, quality
assurance, and finance. She holds several certifications from ISC2, including CISSP and CSSLP ,
among others. Outside of work, Mindy enjoys the Florida sunshine, savoring morning coffee, and spending
time with her family.

 

 

Director of Sector Chiefs

Tyler Ward

Tyler Ward is the CEO of CSG-Cyber, a cybersecurity firm providing cyber defense,
penetration testing, breach response, and threat hunting services to public and private
sector organizations. A former U.S. Air Force cyber operations specialist and intelligence
community professional, he is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and
Joint Task Force Horn of Africa. Tyler currently serves as an active Chief Information Security
Officer (CISO) and has acted as CISO for more than 50 organizations. Over the course of his
career, he has responded to hundreds of cyber incidents and data breaches and has helped
organizations prevent approximately $450 million in ransomware and cyber extortion
payments. He is a member and contributor to the Forbes Technology Council and serves on
the Board of Directors for FBI InfraGard in Tampa Bay. Tyler is also a published author and an
experienced ethical hacker who has conducted security assessments on more than 250
companies. He holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science in Information Security, and multiple
certifications including CISSP, GCIH, GSEC, MCSE, CompTIA Security+, and CMMC
Registered Practitioner.

Barry Kortekaas

Barry Kortekaas has spent more than twenty years on the front lines of cybersecurity defending critical infrastructure, building security programs, and leading teams across both government and enterprise environments. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Information Security and Chief Information Security Officer at Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest personal injury law firm, where he has helped drive double-digit year-over-year growth since 2020.

Previously, Barry was CISO at PODS Enterprises, overseeing information security and IT operations for the billion-dollar moving and storage company. His career also includes global leadership roles at Rosetta Stone and PwC.

Barry got involved with InfraGard because he believes the cybersecurity talent pipeline depends on experienced practitioners paying it forward and actively developing the people behind them. He is equally committed to strengthening collaboration between industry and government to better protect the infrastructure we all depend on. He brings prior nonprofit board experience to this role.

A sought after speaker for cyber security conferences and contributing author on cybersecurity risk, Barry and his wife have called Tampa Bay home for nearly thirty years.

Michael Ritchie

Michael W. Ritchie is a 25-year veteran of the technology industry and start-up ecosystem. An accomplished technical expert, Michael is currently serving as the Treasurer of InfraGard Tamp Bay Members Alliance.  His diverse background includes MedTech/HIMS, FinTech, eCommerce, ERP, B2B, B2C, SaaS, and Enterprise Web Services. His experience includes solutions for Veralytic, Moffitt Cancer Center, UPS, MCI, MTV, Worldcom, Harcourt Brace, HSN, and CNBC. He has a bachelor of science degree in computer science and is a member of UPE Honor Society for Computing. Michael is the Founder of Germinal, LLC; a software design and development consultancy; a frequent public speaker, dad, and overgrown Boy Scout (scoutmaster).
