Speaker Bios:

S.A. Andrew Sekela

SA Sekela graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served on the USS Batfish, a nuclear-powered attack submarine. SA Sekela completed a five-year tour with the Navy, and then worked in the private sector for seven years. After joining the FBI, SA Sekela spent five years at the Washington Field Office (working public corruption and government fraud investigations) and three years assigned to the International Corruption Unit at FBIHQ. SA Sekela is currently assigned to FBI Tampa. For seven years, he supervised a squad of Special Agents, Forensic Accountants, and Intelligence Analysts responsible for investigating white collar crime. He is currently assigned as the Private Sector Coordinator. In this role, he is responsible for liaison between the FBI and all non-government entities (including companies, financial institutions, and colleges/universities) in the 18 counties which make up the territory of the FBI Tampa Division.

Aaron Gustafson

Aaron Gustafson is Vice President of Treasury Services for Hancock Whitney Bank and is responsible for supporting the commercial and small business lines of business in the greater Tampa Bay Region – including Pinellas and Hillsboro counties.

Aaron’s banking career includes 25+ years in Consumer, Commercial, and Small Business Banking. In 1995, he began his career as a Bank Teller, then Personal Banker, and later Loan Officer for First of America Bank, in Chicago IL. In 2000, he accepted a position with US Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager and relocated to Phoenix Arizona. In 2008 Aaron became a Project Manager for Edward Jones Investments with the goal of expanding consumer banking services, offered by the brokerage firm, to align the client experience in parallel to retail banks. Upon completion of that project, Aaron returned to US Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Area Lead Manager, overseeing 6 branches in the Phoenix Metropolitan Market. At that time, branches were transforming from consumer hubs to small business centers. Aaron became an expert in analyzing small business financials and underwriting small business loans and lines. In late 2015, Aaron relocated his family to Tampa Bay to fulfill a personal dream of living near the ocean, joining Hancock Whitney Bank in 2019. In his current role with the bank, Aaron is an expert in analyzing commercial and small business client’s cash flow, cash vulnerabilities, and implementing the latest technology in payments, receivables, and security, helping clients move money quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, securely.

In the community, Aaron has served as Co-Chair for Big Brothers and Big Sisters for many years, in both Arizona and Florida. He has held ambassadorship roles on numerous local Chambers of Commerce. He has served as Vice President of Sun Coast NPI Clearwater Chapter, and pioneered The South West Division Spectrum Business Leadership Network, and served on that board as Vice President and Co-Chair, while with US Bank. Aaron also served as a Subject Matter Expert for SCORE in Florida from 2016-2019.

Aaron has a passion for boating and the water. On the weekends, Aaron can be found on his boat with family and friends, in the waters from Sarasota Bay to Caladesi Island collecting shells, or hiking Egmont Key and exploring the rich history of Tampa Bay. Aaron’s favorite annual event is participating in the Gasparilla Invasion.

Michael W. Ritchie

Michael W. Ritchie is a 25 year veteran of the information technology industry. An accomplished leader and respected technical expert. He has a bachelor of science degree in computer science and is a member of UPE Honor Society for Computing. Michael is the Founder of Germinal, a systems design & development consultancy and CTO at Assurity Group, a Cybersecurity services company specializing in cybersecurity solutions for Department of Defense contractors and any business that needs military-grade security.
